Institute
must
pay
a
registration
fee.

Student
rates
are
for
high
school
and
college
students
only.

institution
or
school
system
pays
for
registration,
please
allow
additional
time
for
processing
and
mailing.

Registration
forms
submitted
without
full
payment
will
not
be
processed
until
payment
is
received.

The

rate
will
be
determined
by
the
postmark
date
of
the
payment.
All
registrations
postmarked
or
received
by
March

qualify
for
the
early
bird
discount
rate
noted
on
the
registration
form.
All
registration
forms
must

final
deadline

to
ensure
adequate
time

processing

mail.
We
cannot
process
registrations
after
the
final
deadline
given
the
challenges
it
poses
with
making
sure
there
is
enough
conference
materials

everyone

given

not
do
buffets
for
any
of
our
meals
but
rather
a
“plate
per
