Important Registration Information

hotel information)
and only include meals as outlined on the
conference agenda.
All individuals, except the faculty and
speakers, attending the Institute must pay a
registration fee.
Student rates are for high school and
college students only.
If your institution or school system
pays for registration, please allow additional
time for processing and mailing.
Registration forms submitted without
full payment will not be processed until payment
is received.
The registration rate will be determined by the
postmark date of the payment. All
registration forms must be postmarked by the
final deadline of March
11, 2011 to ensure
adequate time for processing via mail. We cannot
process registrations after the final deadline
given the challenges it poses with making sure
there is enough conference materials for
everyone and given we do not do buffets for any
of our meals but rather a “plate per person.”
